- How do I pay?
- Write to us and POS Kosova issues the invoice. There is no card payment in the app.
- Can I take my data with me?
- Yes. At any time you download vehicles, customers and visits as CSV files that open in Excel.
- Is there a fee per mechanic?
- No. The price is the same however many mechanics the garage has.
- What happens after 30 days?
- The account becomes read-only: you can view and download your data and customer links keep working. Adding visits opens again once you pay.
- Does the price include VAT?
- Yes. Both prices, yearly and monthly, include VAT.
