Terms of use
These terms govern the use of Historiku. By creating an account and accepting them, the garage agrees to them, to the privacy policy and to the data processing agreement.
1. Who we are
The service is provided by Naim Reçica B.I. (trade name: POS Kosova), Rr. Enver Gjerqeku nr. 9, Prishtinë, Republic of Kosovo, business number [NUI]. Contact for everything: info@historiku.com. Historiku is a LaserPickle product.
2. The service
Historiku is a digital workshop memory: it keeps a garage's history of vehicles, services, reminders, estimates and stock. It is not an accounting, fiscalisation, payment or ERP system. Reminders are sent manually by the garage (WhatsApp, Viber or copy); Historiku does not send automatic messages to customers.
3. Accounts and roles
A garage signs up by itself and is represented by an owner/administrator (owner_admin), who can invite mechanics by email. Each user has their own account and must keep access private. The garage is responsible for its staff's actions and for the accuracy of the data it enters. The garage must have a legal basis for the customer data it enters.
4. 30-day trial
Every new garage gets a 30-day trial with all features and no card. Pilot garages may have a different trial period set by POS Kosova.
5. Price and payment
One plan with all features: €249 per year or €29 per month, VAT included. POS Kosova invoices outside Historiku. To pay, write to us at info@historiku.com. Historiku does not process card payments and stores no bank details. Prices may change for future periods, with prior notice.
6. Read-only and suspension
If the trial or payment expires, the garage moves to read-only mode: it can search, view and export data, and customer history links keep working, but it cannot add or change data until payment is settled. POS Kosova may suspend an account for a serious breach of these terms.
7. Cancellation and data export
The garage can cancel by writing to us by email. The garage can export its data at any time, including in read-only mode. Retention and deletion after cancellation are governed by the privacy policy.
8. Availability and liability
We aim to keep the service continuously available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We keep backups, but the garage should export important data regularly. To the extent the law allows, POS Kosova is not liable for indirect damages, lost profit or data loss arising from use of the service; total liability is limited to the amount the garage paid in the last 12 months. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, attempt to access other garages' data, or upload harmful content.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. We will announce important changes in the app or by email before they take effect.
11. Law, court and language
The laws of the Republic of Kosovo apply, including Law No. 06/L-082 on the Protection of Personal Data. Disputes are resolved by the Basic Court of Prishtina. If the language versions differ, the Albanian version prevails.
